Jeppe Zink
Jeppe is a Partner at Northzone and has been an investor since 1998, beginning his career with Deutsche Bank principal investments before moving to deep tech investor Amadeus Capital and eventually joining Northzone in 2012.
Jeppe focuses primarily on identifying network effects in enterprise software and fintech, which has led to scaled investments such as Trustpilot, Stream, Zopa, and TrueLayer. More recently, he has built a fast-growing AI portfolio, including Sona, Seamflow.ai, Murphy.ai, and Axon Labs.
What makes you lean in during a founder pitch?
I love visualizing how a founder and their company can succeed. The more detail I can see—especially on the upside—the more excited I get.

I keep all things personal offline. I love my work, but I also treasure a parallel universe of freedom with family and friends away from work.
