William Jilltoft
Based in Stockholm, Will is the Director of Strategy and Operations at Northzone, overseeing the firm’s strategy, investment operations, and investor relations. He joined the firm in 2018, initially serving as Chief of Staff to Partner Pär-Jörgen Pärson before transitioning to the investment team as Vice President, where he focused on the intersection of fintech, Web3, and gaming.
Will holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm.
Where would we find you outside of work?
When I’m not traveling between offices, I’m usually outdoors with my family—backcountry skiing, climbing, or hunting for a good surf break.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
In work, I’ve learned the value of holding two conflicting thoughts at the same time.

Before my studies, I worked as a commercial fisherman in Northern Norway.
